Have you ever wished you could slow down, truly connect, and spend the afternoon sharing stories, doing activities, or making someone feel special?
At Legato Living, that wish becomes reality.
Legato Living stands apart by offering small, close-knit teams with steady schedules and innovative tools, creating a supportive environment where caregivers can truly connect and thrive.
Whether you’re a CNA, HHA, or healthcare worker, if you’ve ever wanted to work in a place where your time is respected, your voice is heard, and your care truly makes a difference, all you need to do next is apply to one of our open positions.
Here, you’ll never be stretched thin. Each care partner supports just four residents, allowing time for meaningful connection, unhurried care, and the little moments that matter most.
With a maximum of 16 residents, our intimate setting can feel more like family than a facility, creating a warm, supportive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Flexible schedules let you choose weekdays, weekends, or PRN shifts. Pick what fits your lifestyle, with options for Care Partners who prefer part-time commitments.
Our hands-on dementia care techniques, inspired by Teepa Snow, will equip you with practical skills to approach every interaction with confidence and compassion.
Adjustable beds, bidets, and eBriefs are just some of our innovations designed to reduce strain, streamline tasks, and help you work more efficiently.
We value your input and strive to give staff the same personalized attention we offer residents, ensuring you always feel heard, respected, and supported.
A professional chef prepares fresh, delicious meals each day, enjoyed together by residents and care partners to nurture connection and build a strong sense of community.
From music and art to shared laughter and small acts of kindness, everyday moments are filled with joy for both residents and staff.
We have observed that mom has been engaged and talking more, living at Legato than she was in her previous memory care facility. We have been especially impressed with the electronic monitoring system for incontinence that they offer. We have also been so pleased to see the fresh meals being prepared daily by Chef Matthew and his team.
You guys are doing amazing job! Thank you for all you and your team do to care for our mom!

In less than two weeks at Legato Living in Westfield, we have seen our mom truly thrive! She’s more alert, engaged, and talkative and even her core strength has improved.
This is the third facility our mom has lived in, and hands down it is the BEST.
We are beyond grateful to have found Legato Living!
– The Maines & Boyett Family
“My mother recently moved into the Legato Westfield with some both mobility challenges, pain, and cognitive issues. I can’t say enough good about the staff who have been caring for her, which includes both the administration and the hands-on caregivers. They are truly concerned for her welfare and are working well with me to get her medical issues addressed.”
– Martha Heinrich
I’ve worked in senior care for over a decade, but this is the first place where I don’t go home feeling defeated. With a smaller team, I leave my shift knowing I made a difference.
– Marcus, Care Team Member
When we moved my husband here, I was worried it would feel like another facility. Instead, it feels like a real home. He’s surrounded by caregivers understand him, and treat him with dignity.
– Susan, Family Member
Here I can finally focus on real connections, not just tasks. That’s why I love my work again.
